Terms and Conditions for Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer

  1. Eligibility: This "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is available to all customers of Diva-in-U (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") who purchase eligible garments during the promotional period. The Offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and by participating, customers agree to be bound by them.
  2. Promotional Period: The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotional period at its discretion. Or end it without informing customers. The Company also reserves the right to not honor the offer for eligible products at time of purchase due to any issue.
  3. Offer Details: To qualify for the Offer, customers must purchase one garment at full price to receive another garment of equal or lesser value for free. Also no other accessories are provided for the free garment e.g. In the case of saree's, no blouse or pico would be provided. This does not apply to the item paid in full
  4. Exclusions: The Offer is not applicable to products outside the products listed in Diva-in-U website. The offer is only applied to products listed in - Buy 1 Get 1 free page - https://diva-in-u.com/buy-1-get-1-saree. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons unless specified otherwise.
  5. Returns and Exchanges: No Returns on the full-price garment or the free-garment is available. Once paid, the purchase is full and final.
  6. Availability: The Offer is subject to availability of stock. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific size, color, or style during the promotional period. Also, for the free garment the customer does not have a choice on choosing the garment color, fabric or any other aspect of its look and feel. The free saree is provided by Diva-in-U equal or lesser value of the original purchased garment.
  7. Limitations: There is no limit on the number of purchases per customer, but the Offer is subject to stock availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time without prior notice.
  8. Responsibility: The Company will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of any website or any consequences thereof, affecting the participation in the Offer.
  9. Data Protection: By participating in the Offer, customers consent to the use of their personal data by the Company for the purposes of the administration of this Offer and any other purposes to which the customer has consented.
  10. Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by California USA state law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
  11. Alteration and Termination: The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate this Offer and its T&Cs without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
